Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Norfolk Royale Hotel is known for its spacious rooms, some featuring large baths and walk-in showers. The location is a definite plus, putting guests within a short walk of the main square, where one can easily pass the day at a cafe, and about 5-15 minutes from the pier and the beach. Guests appreciate the underground car park, although some found the parking fee a bit overpriced. The breakfast is of great quality and nothing is too much trouble.

Wonderful Stay

clean roomquick resolutionlovely spaceuncomfortable mattress
The room was very clean with plenty of space. It was also cool and quiet. I really appreciated the quick resolution when a fuse blew after I overfilled the kettle. The reception area provided a lovely space to relax.
The mattress felt a bit uncomfortable! it seemed like I was sleeping on a bag of nuts and bolts
Service

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated how quickly they addressed the electrical issue in my room. Some team members seemed new, but they still worked hard to help the guest .
Dining
8/10
Breakfast had tea and coffee service, and the buffet had several options. Staff seemed rushed on Saturday, but Sunday was calmer. I enjoyed the experience much more. The ingredients didn't seem the best quality, but were acceptable!
Facilities
9/10
The pool and jacuzzi were a great addition. My kids really enjoyed them. The hotel also had parking available, though it is best booked in advance to get the best price, I appreciate that. Shops and cafes are nearby.
